Allow Participants to View Results

This feature allows the instructor or builder to decide if they want students to see all the questions with correct answers after playing a self-paced session. In high-stakes sessions, having students have access to the question with the correct answers may not be desirable since reports are easy to share with others. When turned off, students only have access to how they did in that session.  Once a report has been created, you cannot change the report once generated but only change the permissions moving forward.

Overview

  • Any reports generated before this new feature will be unaffected.

  • Students won't be able to view any new reports unless the instructor or builder enables this setting.

  • Each game has its setting in the builder.

  • Changing a game's setting will not affect previous reports. For example, if the game author has the setting turned off or on and it is changed, this will now affect previously created reports. If this feature is turned on or off, it will only affect sessions moving forward, not previous reports already generated.

  • As an instructor or higher, you will always have access to the complete reports regardless of your settings.
