1. I have a previous version of MQS, MBG or an older version of BRAVO! Can I upgrade to the latest version?: Yes! Contact us for more information.
2. Is BRAVO! compatible w/ Macintosh, Windows 7?: Yes. BRAVO! is compatible with both Windows (Win98, Win2000, WinXP OS, Vista, Win7) and Macintosh (MacOS 10.1.5 or later) operating systems.
3. How can I find information on pricing and what package is right for my needs?: Contact our sales force to help determine which of our products will best suit your needs.
4. What does the term "lifetime license" mean? How does the BRAVO! License work?: Your license never expires. You can make as many games for an unlimited amount of time.
5. What kind of support do you offer?: We stand behind each one of our products by offering FREE Technical Support! Because if you look good, we look good!
6. Does a computer have to be installed with the BRAVO! software to just run the game in a classroom setting?: You do not need to install the BRAVO! Game Builder if you are simply going to run the game in your classroom. The BRAVO! presenter license needs to entered one time on the faciliator's computer prior to playing the game.
7. Can I edit the avatars in BRAVO?: Yes! Creating your very own avatar within BRAVO! is simple. Within BRAVO, click the Teams tab to launch the Teams window. If you have enabled characters, BRAVO will display the number of avatars for your game. Simply click on the avatar you wish to edit and begin making changes in the Avatar Character Builder. Don't have BRAVO! installed on your PC yet? No problem, test-drive the Avatar Builder LIVE Online!
8. Do you have a library spreadsheet template to import my own questions and answers?: Yes! We have an Excell CSV file available. This allows others, who may not have the game builder, to enter or modify questions easily. To export a question bank, click on Export in the Library drop down menu. To add images to the CSV file, make a new folder and give it a unique name. Then when entering your questions into the CSV file, you can add the media or image name in the CSV file, indicating when it should appear. Make sure you add any images and media to the folder.
