Missing a Report?

One of the more common problems we hear from time to time is when a student states they finished a session or an instructor played a session but there is a report that can't be found. Changes were made in 2023. What happens now is that anytime a session is started, regardless if it is self-paced or instructor-led, a report is generated even if the session was not completed.

How to Use Demographics

Creating demographics for instructor-led sessions allows you to do many things. You track results for example by division, state, age, or whatever you come up with. If you want 20 teams, using demographics will allow you to break down results by the use of a demographic.
