Send a Preview of your Session To Others to Proof

If you need to get your content proofed or approved, you can also share a link to your session that will show all the content; this includes preview and summary slides, embedded video or audio, etc. You can share a content preview link with others when a session is published.

Some Things to Consider

  • The link is only active if the session is published. 

  • The rules for participant sign-in requirements apply to the content preview link. 

  • The user must not be signed in unless the required sign-in is selected. 

  • The end user can only view content and will not be able to edit.
