All information collected during game play belongs to and is the property of the company who holds the licenses for the the game software. This would include, but not be limited to any record of name, scores, instructional content or other identifying information provided by the license holder, or any person playing the game. This data is stored as long as the subscription(s) for the product(s) is current, and is only accessible to the game administrator(s) for the licensee. C3 SoftWorks does not share any data that is derived from any client’s use of its service, and C3 will only access data as necessary to assist the licensee with technical issues.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
