Where is BravoZone hosted?
BravoZone is hosted by ACOG cloud server environment, which is headquartered in Minneapolis, and a datacenter in Houston. The cloud server environment is physically secured using: SOC 2 Type II certifications, strict security policies and procedures to meet regulatory demands and compliance guidelines set forth by ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOX, and PCI. The servers are monitored 365 x 24 x 7 with on-site personnel, biometric locked, and monitored via video surveillance. The entire environment is supported by a redundant network infrastructure and redundant backup power via multiple UPSs and backup generators.

What network-level security is used?
BravoZone leverages ACOG cloud network security, which utilizes strict firewall routing, switching, and IPSEC encryption to prevent unauthorized access to customer data. All storage sub-system traffic is segmented on a private, isolated network to protect customer data. All server core products, hardware, and services are secured, patched, and updated using industry-standard security practices.
